Partner Program (non-kayaking)
We understand that not everyone in your life shares the same passion for kayaking, and that’s perfectly okay! Our Partner Program (Non-Kayaking) is designed especially for your loved ones who don’t paddle but still want to be part of your Zambezi adventure. View here.
This program offers a meaningful way for your partner to join you on this trip and create unforgettable memories together. Kayaking sessions usually take place from around 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, giving non-kayaking partners a clear structure to the day and plenty of personal time to enjoy the destination in their own way.
This rhythm creates a healthy balance: focused time on the river for paddlers, and meaningful shared time off the water. You’ll come back together each afternoon to unwind, share stories from the day, enjoy meals, explore the area, and experience the trip together.
DAY 1 Arrival | Welcome to Zambia
Welcome to Zambia! Arrive at Livingstone Airport (Zambia) or Victoria Falls Airport (Zimbabwe). Transfer to your accommodation at the Victoria Falls Waterfront Hotel, beautifully set on the banks of the Zambezi River. Take time to settle in, relax, and soak up the surroundings. In the evening, enjoy a casual meet-and-greet with your guides and new friends.
DAY 2 Warm-up Paddling
A short but thrilling "introduction to big water" session. Group dinner in Livingstone.
DAY 3 Full Day Paddling
We’ll begin the day with a mobility session, preparing the body and mind for a full day on the water. The river section we paddle will be chosen based on the group’s preferences. Group dinner in Livingstone.
DAY 4 Rest & Explore
Spend the morning unwinding by the pool or exploring the area at your own pace. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided Game Drive to spot local wildlife, or opt for a soothing massage. We’ll come together in the evening for a group dinner.
DAY 5-6 Multiday Expedition
Embark on two days of full river immersion through the breathtaking Batoka Gorge. We’ll begin by exploring the Minus Rapids and taking a walk underneath Victoria Falls — an unforgettable perspective that few ever experience.
From there, our raft-supported paddling adventure begins. We will paddle through the legendary rapids and experience Zambezi under the stars during one overnight camp on the riverbank.
DAY 7 Rest Day
A well-earned rest day. Spend the morning unwinding by the pool or exploring the area at your own pace. In the afternoon, enjoy an Elephant Interaction experience, connecting closely with these gentle giants, or take time for a relaxing massage. We’ll come together in the evening for a group dinner.
DAY 8 Paddling Day
Another full day of whitewater excitement — rapids 1–14 or group's choice.
DAY 9 Final Paddle
Last session on the river, soaking in the energy of the gorge. In the evening, unwind on a classic Zambezi Sunset Cruise with drinks and dinner.
DAY 10-11 (optional) Departure or Botswana Safari
Choose to depart or extend your trip with a 2-day, 1-night safari in Botswana’s Chobe National Park.
Early in the morning we will depart for Botswana, crossing into one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife destinations — Chobe National Park. Known for its vast landscapes and incredible concentrations of wildlife, Chobe offers some of the best game viewing on the continent, particularly famous for its large elephant herds.
Over the next 2 days, we will immerse ourselves in a classic African safari experience, with game drives and river-based wildlife viewing through pristine wilderness. Spot elephants, buffalo, giraffe and a rich variety of birdlife, with chances to encounter lions and other predators.
This unforgettable safari chapter perfectly complements the river adventure, offering a deeper connection to Africa’s wild landscapes and remarkable wildlife in one of the continent’s most iconic national parks.
DAY 12 Departure
After breakfast, transfers for your onward journey. Depart with unforgettable memories of Zambezi river, wildlife, and Africa's beauty.
